Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

1. Customer can enjoy “7-Day Return and Exchange Guarantee” for purchased Products via Galleon Hong Kong eShop. Except quality defects, Furniture products cannot enjoy “7-Day Return and Exchange Guarantee”.

2. Customer should contact store to apply for return or exchange within 30 days from the date of the sales memo.

3. Returned items must be unused, unopened, without any damages and scratches.

4. Any promotional bonus such as free gifts, redeemed gifts, gift certificates, coupon or discounted items conditional upon the purchase of specific items, etc. must accompany the returned items for a refund. If Customer fails to return the promotional bonus or if the promotional bonus was used or damaged, Customer has to pay an equivalent amount as stipulated by Galleon.

5. When refund, Customer has to pay for the free service used during the purchase, including but not limited to delivery service.

6. Refund will be made to Customer based on the purchase price after discounts and in the form of the original payment or as decided by Galleon. For credit card purchase, refund amount will be credited to the original credit card account used in the purchase. If Customer paid with coupons, Galleon will not re-issue the coupons to Customer.

7. Refund amount will be the sum paid by the Customer for the items less the fee charged (if any) for processing the return request.

8. Exceptions to the Galleon Hong Kong eShop’s ”7-Day Return and Exchange Guarantee”:

     i. No return or exchange on textile items, bedding items, mattresses, glassware, fragile items, light bulbs, decorative lighting, fluorescent tubes, paint, plants, large electrical appliances, tailor-made items (including sofa, tailor-made furniture, tailor-sized furniture, etc.), special ordered items (including electrical appliances, flooring order on request items, etc.) and items so specified on the sales memo.

     ii. No return or exchange on items without all accompanying accessories, manuals and blank warranty cards.

     iii. No return or exchange on large furniture items after goods receipt.

9. Customer should pay for the inspection fee, transportation fee or disassemble fee before Galleon perform on-site physical inspection or products collection.

10. For items with inherent quality defects, customer should contact store within 7 days from the date of goods receipt. Inherent quality defects do not include the followings:

      i. Measurement discrepancy (width, depth or height) within +/- 1 inch with mattresses or sofas arising from manufacturing process.

      ii. Measurement discrepancy (width, depth or height) within +/- 10mm with wooden furniture arising from manufacturing process.

      iii. Any difference between the product and the displayed item arising from the nature of materials, such as leather and wood pattern.

退換保證

1.客戶於Galleon香港網上商店購物可享有「七天退換保證」。但如非品質問題,傢俬貨品並不享有「七天退換保證」。

2.客戶必須在訂單確認起七天內,聯絡門市辦理退換申請。

3.退換之貨品必須未經使用、未拆包裝、無任何損毀及刮花痕跡。

4.退貨時須一併退還附送的贈品、換購品、禮券、優惠券或因購買指定貨品而享有優惠的貨品等禮品,如客戶未能退還、禮品已使用或損壞, 則需繳付由Galleon所釐定的該等禮品之現金等值。

5.客戶購物時享用的免費服務,包括但不限於送貨服務,退貨時須繳付與該服務等值的款項。

6.退款將以客戶購買該貨品時之支付方式或Galleon決定的方式發還。如使用信用卡購物,款項會直接退還至客戶當初付款的信用卡帳戶。如使用優惠券購物,退款時將不會重發該券給客戶。

7.所退還予顧客之款項為顧客於購買貨品時所繳付之金額扣除退換過程中顧客需繳付的款項(如有)。

8.[七天退換保證]不適用於以下情況:

     i. 陳列品、次貨、紡織品、床上用品、床褥、床墊、玻璃製品、易碎貨品、電燈泡、光管、燈具、電鑽及鑽嘴、油漆、植物、大型電器、訂造貨品(包括梳化、訂造傢俬、使用尺寸修改服務的傢俬等)、特別訂購貨品(包括電器、地板、代訂貨品等)、家居服務及於發票上指定的貨品註。

    ii. 未能退還完整配件、說明書及未填寫之保用證的貨品。

    iii. 已收取的大型傢俬及大型電器。

9.如須Galleon上門檢查或收回貨品,顧客須於辦理退換申請時先繳付檢查費、運輸費或拆運費,否則該退換申請恕不受理。 收費詳情請參閱網頁內的收費表。

10.如貨品因出廠缺陷而導致品質問題,顧客須於收貨起七天內聯絡門市,唯品質問題不包括以下情況:

      i. 因製造過程而造成不超過±1英吋之尺寸差異(長度、闊度或高度)的床褥及梳化。

     ii. 因製造過程而造成不超過±10毫米之尺寸差異(長度、闊度或高度)的木器傢俬。

     iii. 因物料的天然特性而導致貨品與陳列品出現差異,如皮紋和木紋。
